When providing on-site event management we negotiate all components of the event on your behalf to limit contract liability exposure in the areas of attrition, cancellation, price guarantees, special contract terms and other key areas specific to the destination hotel or your company policies.

Pricing for our services has always been established based on the size of our organization and its needs versus other like large organizations. We have never provided service or pricing based on the pass through of expenses business model but rather have always provided a flat fee for Meeting Planning Services. Together we will partner with you to determine the scope of work and determine the appropriate fee for services offered.
