Meetings & Site Services Inc. offers planning assistance for major events and evening functions. Whether it is a corporate function, a holiday party or a formal gala, we have the knowledge and experience to create a memorable event. We partner with only the finest caterers, decor companies and entertainers.

Themed Events

Creativity is the key to hosting memorable themed events. Our creative staff will source unique venues, develop a theme and contract with outside vendors that contribute to the excitement of the event by including pyrotechnics, laser shows, gobos or whatever else is needed. We can also arrange motivational speakers, hypnotists, magicians, ventriloquists, caricaturists, line dancing instructors and live bands. Recent themed events created include but are not limited to:
